This shift, effective January 1, 2026, emphasizes geographical management and global functions to drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
New Leadership Team Designed for Market Adaptation
The newly appointed leadership team features seasoned professionals, each tasked with spearheading significant geographical zones. Brad Boehler has taken the helm as President of North America, bringing over 25 years of expertise from notable positions at Skyjack and Morbark. His focus will be on enhancing market share and optimizing the customer experience in a competitive landscape.
Jean Rouault, appointed President of Europe Distribution, will leverage his three-decade tenure with the group to foster a customer-centric organization while adapting to changing market demands. Steve Ryder will oversee the LAPAM (Latin America, Pacific, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Oceania) region, focusing on brand leadership and operational excellence.
